We had a lovely stay at this hotel with our teenage daughter. The rooms were incredible with beautiful antiques and a large soaker tub, making it a comfortable retreat. The location was superb, just a short drive off the highway, but I must say, the lack of a railing on the outside stairs was a bit concerning when carrying our luggage. The breakfast options were quite limited, which was a downside, yet the staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.

The hotel's location in the hills overlooking Perth-Andover is simply charming, making it feel like a fairy-tale escape. The room I stayed in was cozy with a great view, and the bed was super comfortable. However, getting to the room was a bit of a workout due to the lack of railing on the stairs, which was challenging with luggage. The friendly staff truly made a difference with their attentive service, although the breakfast was a bit underwhelming with limited options served in plastic containers.

The hotel is beautiful with its antique furnishings and hardwood floors, giving each room a unique character, but the access with luggage is quite challenging due to the stairs. The service was mostly great, especially the soup offered complimentary, but there was a slight unfriendliness at check-in. The location is visually stunning, resembling a fairy tale castle and is perfect for a family getaway, although it does miss some of the features found at other B&Bs. Overall, it offers good value for the unique experience but has room for improvement in access and dining.
